As a new novel, I was drawn in by the paranormal aspects. I love paranormal characters! 

Tracy Wolff created an amazing world for the supernatural. Imagine if ever paranormal creature actually existed. Even more, what if there was a school to help them learn to balance their powers? 

An ordinary girl suffers the loss of her family and has to live with her relative. It just so happens he runs the school and his daughter is magical. You would have to know that an normal human in a paranormal school would eventually figure it out. Finding love, unusual friends, and a hidden evil plot. 

Heather Costa and Tim Paige do a wonderful job narrating this book. No whiney voices or those that do not fit the age range. Even a bit of accent with some characters are heard. 

I highly recommend that if you love paranormal romance you will want to read this. It is a clean novel that would be appropriate for teenagers. I can't wait for book two!
